I find this so nonsensical. Why is the CEO engaging these people? Why is it the top news story every half hour? I am so sick of seeing all this media excitement over OWS which everyone with a brain knows has been preplanned for months. This is just a way for the socialist/marxists and big labor unions to take the heat off of Obama and put forth their agenda. The Tea Party groups needed to get permits to hold group demonstrations. If you left the area by crossing the street with a sign in New York, the police came over right away to make sure you stayed behind the barricades! These demonstrators are given free reign to roam wherever they want, to vandalize property, disturb the peace and disrupt businesses all in the name of ‘freedom of expression’!
The media wants there to be violence and the city governments who allowing this lawless behavior are enabling it.

Maybe he is doing this to EDUCATE them. Which is what we all need to do. EDUCATE our friends and neighbors as to what is going on this country.
Educate our young people, no matter how old they are, about The Constitution and our other Founding Documents.

      • I pray you are right re: educating the people but there are so many who refuse to be
educated!! i.e. the millions who voted for the Liar-in-Chief!! Anyone following his
campaign speeches and rhetoric and flowery (phony) promises should have been
smart enough to stay away from this charlatan! But like Karl Marx once said: the masses
are asses! Many thanks for all you do

Melanie is absolutely right. We all need to try and educate those that do not understand freedom and particularly the economics of freedom. . Don’t rely on blanket claims like “all the OWS protesters”, because there is a strong possibility that some of the OWS protesters, as well as people you know that are looking for education in economic freedom that is so sadly lacking in the schools. If you do not try, you are saying de facto that the only options are to give up or hope that someone else does it. We have had more than enough “hope” and not enough “do it”. If the voters had been awake and educated, the odds are that no one would ever have heard of Obama and his government control freaks, and the 99% would be much better off today. Perhaps a good first step would be to ask if you can give a clear explanation of what a free market is and how it functions. It is really pretty simple, but simple gives academic “elites” headaches, so they make every effort to complicate it, denigrate it and say it does not work. But it does, when not interfered with.
